Wetherby Racecourse & Conference Centre has luxury private hospitality suites
available within the Wetherby Millennium Stand.
The suites can cater for parties of between 16-200 guests and all have access
to a private balcony with panoramic views across the entire racetrack. Situated
just above the Winning Post, you are guaranteed not to miss any of the racing
action. Larger parties can be accommodated in a Wetherby Hospitality Marquee.
Situated in the heart of the Paddock Enclosure, adjacent to the Parade Ring and
Winners' Enclosure.
Private Suites are sold on a package basis and priced per person based on a minimum
attendance of 16 guests.
* First race times can vary and we therefore suggest that on selected fixtures
we serve pre-luncheon canapes instead of an afternoon tea. Gold Packages will
include a wider selection of hot and cold canapes.
** Full Bar includes spirits, beer, Lager, wine and soft drinks but excludes Champagne.
A Champagne Reception is served for a ½ hour duration
An Account or Cash Bar can be arranged if you do not wish to opt for a full drinks-inclusive
package.
Prices are valid until June 2009
BE-SPOKE PADDOCK MARQUEE PACKAGES
If you wish to entertain a large party of guests, why not consider a Wetherby
Racecourse Marquee Package. We can put together a be-spoke package to your exact
requirements. Proposals are available upon request and for party sizes of between

On selected racedays throughout the season, VIP Hospitality Marquee Packages
are available on a shared facility basis. You can book a table for 2 or a table
for 22, there is no minimum or maximum booking requirement. Our marquees are
situated in a trackside position, and are fully heated with a private cash bar,
CCTV and Tote betting facilities within. Please click this link for further information.
