RACE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
 
A  typical sponsorship package includes:
  • Sponsorship of a race on your chosen race day. Choose from 18 days top-class jump racing from October - May.
  • Your company or chosen name in the race title.
  • Your race broadcast live to a huge off-track audience via Channel 4 or Racing UK, as well as into some 9000 betting shops nationwide.
  • An allocation of Premier Badges and car park passes.
  • Race day banner sites.
  • Full page advertisement in the race card.
  • The opportunity to present the prizes to the winning owner, trainer and jockey.
  • Option to judge the Best Turned Out Horse in the parade ring before your race.
  • Publicity and racecourse exposure through the race card, on course branding, public address system and CCTV.

Race Sponsorship Packages start from £1,000 + VAT per race.

TELEVISED RACING
 
Should you want to target your sponsorship to a larger audience, at Wetherby we stage several live Channel 4 race days, which regularly attract audiences in excess of 500,000 viewers.  
 
ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
 
Trackside Advertising Hoarding
Measuring 24' x 3' these highly visible advertising boards are prominantly situated along Wetherby's home straight.  Leases are available for a 12-month period and prices start from £1,500 + VAT (excluding board production and dependant on position)
 
Parade Ring Advertising Hoarding
Measuring 13' x 2'  and situated around the perimeter of Wetherby's busy Parade Ring and Winner's Enclosure.  Leases are available for a 12-month period and priced at £300 + VAT (excluding board production)
