Wetherby Racecourse Office
Our offices are generally open Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Our racing co-ordinator will be pleased to assist you personally during these hours with any general enquiries.
If you would like to view the site and facilities or discuss a hospitality or non-raceday event please contact us first to arrange an appointment so we can ensure that the most appropriate member of our team is available.

An answer machine service operates outside office hours and when phone lines are busy. Please leave a short message with your name and telephone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Please Note: Covid-19 restrictions have meant that our offices are not yet fully manned every day. Your call will be diverted to a member of the team who may have to forward your details to the relevant person to deal with your enquiry, who will then call you back. Please bear with us.
