This was definitely our best ever day at the races! My daughter and my wife bought for my younger daughter and I two places in your Dine & View function suite as a Christmas gift. I would like to thank all involved, from car park, to reception in main building, entrance to D & V suite, waiters and waitresses for giving us such a wonderful day out. The service and food were first class as was the facility and choice of drinks.

Having visited all of the courses in the UK, Wetherby was my last port of call.  I have to say it is one of the best I've been to.  Everything was in good order from the food/drink (which is not easy as I am a vegetarian who doesn't drink) to the betting facilities, race replays and big screen. A great afternoon.    Mr W. Hoskins

Yorkshire Hospitality at its best!  We are keen race goers from the Midlands so we have visited all the local courses and are regular visitors to Cheltenham but having stopped in Harrogate for a long weekend we dropped off at Wetherby to take a look at the course on a non race day and decided to come back on the next race day What a great day I have just experienced the hospitality is second to none the facilities are excellent and the viewing of the racing is excellent from the saddling enclosure to the paddock and the course.  Having visited Longchamp for the Arc this year and experienced that debacle I feel that that they could learn a few lessons from Wetherby on how to design a race course and run a race day, well done Wetherby!

We had been to this racecourse many years ago and spent most of yesterday wondering why we haven’t been back. Not only is Wetherby a wonderful town, it also has one of the best racecourses we been to in a long time. Getting there it’s very easy. It is just a couple of minutes off the A1 and has absolutely loads of free parking. We paid £16 to get into the Tattersalls enclosure and it was fabulous. Lots of places to get food and drink and easy access to the parade ring and winners enclosure. Viewing is superb and the main bar is just 30 m or so from the winning post so you get a really good view of the action without having to go outside if it is cold. There is also a big screen in use which improves the viewing further. There are plenty of bookmakers to get a bet on with and easy access to the tote facilities. We walked it back into town and it only took us about 20 minutes. A visit is highly recommended.

We went for our first meeting at Wetherby and it won’t be the last, it’s a fantastic racecourse and it has excellent facilities for disabled race goers as well. It is set out really well with plenty of seating and bar and coffee areas. The racecourse is really good value for money and well worth a visit.

Just a short line to say thank you for your assistance on our visit last Tuesday. The four of us were on a three day trip covering Carlisle on Monday, Doncaster on Wednesday and yourselves in between and to quote one of the group Wetherby was 'different gravy'!

Booked in the dine and view restaurant for my husbands 50th birthday treat. The whole package was fantastic. Food was brilliant, staff were brilliant. Allowed me to put a message in the racecard for hubby’s birthday. Michelle from sales and marketing was fantastic and even came to meet us and gave hubby a Parker pen for his birthday. Would recommend to anyone wanting a treat.
