Wetherby Redevelopment – May 2017 Update

The contractors and heavy machinery have all packed up and gone home, handing the new building over to us at the end of April!  Work is now underway laying carpets and flooring, installing bars and kitchens, and connecting up all of the tote and raceday commentary cables.  The new building has a name!  It is now referred to as Millennium West

The various floors, Levels 1, 2 and 3 have also been named but we will wait to reveal those at a later date.  The official opening of the new building will be on Wednesday 18th October, but racegoers attending our June meetings may get a sneak preview if everything remains on schedule.  In the meantime here are a few pics for you of the work in progress.
