Concessions are available at the turnstiles on the day of racing but if you book in advance you also benefit from the advance sale discount as well as your concession, so booking in advance really does offer best value for money.  Proof of age may be requested on entry.

All advance bookings also receive a complimentary racecard!

A 50p booking fee per ticket is applied to all bookings made in advance, to a maximum of £12.00 (24 tickets)

*The majority of our advance bookings are administered with an E-Ticket.  You will receive an email confirmation at the point of booking and a link which enables you to log into the order and assign E-Tickets to your guests, should you want to do so.  E-Tickets will then be delivered to the email addresses assigned – THREE days prior to the race meeting.  If you choose not to assign your tickets they will all be delivered to you and you can then print them, download them, save them to your phone or share them to your digital wallet.

Please note however, that we have a one person, one ticket policy for admission*.  Each person must have a unique E-ticket for scanning on entry, this can be in the form of a printed ticket, or digital.  We are no longer able to scan multiple admission tickets from one digital device.  *child tickets excepted.

*We are not able to admit multiple attendees by scanning multiple tickets on one device.  You must either print out your tickets for each individual to show on entry.  Alternatively, you can now assign tickets in your order to other guest’s email addresses, and you can download and share them or download to a ditigal wallet.  The policy is now One ticket per person for admission please (child tickets excluded).

All of our advance and group booking discounts close 24 hours prior to the raceday.

You can still guarantee your ticket by pre-booking online until 9.30am on the morning of racing.  Tickets purchased within 24hrs of the meeting are at full price; concessions still apply and you will still receive a complimentary racecard.

Racecards are £2.00 each to purchase on the day.

All of our general admissions are administered by E-Tickets which ideally we advise that you print off and bring with you on the day.

Each ticket has a unique QR code that can be scanned only once, so please ensure that when you are printing or sharing tickets that you are not duplicating them.

Every individual must have their own ticket for entry.  We can scan them from a phone, however we cannot scan multiple tickets from a single device (child tickets excepted). It is the bookers responsibility to either assign tickets to others in their group, print the tickets off to distribute or share each unique ticket digitally with every attendee in their party.  Failure to do so may result in you being asked to step out of the queue to resolve/share tickets to avoid holding up other racegoers.
