An Annual Badge offers discounted admission to our Premier Enclosure to those who are able to attend on a regular basis.

Annual Badge Prices

Annual Badge Scheme.

Single
One non-transferable badge		 £200
Joint
Two non-transferable badges		 £310
Guest 
One non-transferable badge
plus one transferable guest badge		 £330
18-24 Years
One non-transferable badge (ID with DOB information may be requested on entry)		 £90

Non-transferable badges can only be used by the person named at the time of booking.  Joint Badge holders must reside at the same address, and both names must be provided on booking.

Transferable badges can be used by anyone at the discretion of the main badge holder but must be used for attendance with the main Badge Holder.  They do not afford independent entry.

Reserved ‘A’ Car Park

Guarantee a dedicated signed parking space for the season in the ‘A’ car park, which is located inside the Racecourse Enclosures, adjacent to the Wetherby Millennium Stand.

All badge holders who do not request an ‘A’ Car park reservation will automatically receive a complimentary seasonal ‘C’ Car park label which is located just outside the main turnstile entrance.

Existing Badge Holders with ‘A’ Car Park allocations will automatically keep the same space providing they renew before the start of the new season.

Annual Badge Scheme Benefits

Our Annual Badge Scheme includes badges for Single, Joint, Guest and 18-24 year olds, so there really is something for everyone.

Each package includes the following:

  • Guaranteed Premier Enclosure admission to every Wetherby Race Fixture, saving up to 70% on the price of annual daily admission
  • Reserved ‘C’ Car Park Permit and the opportunity to upgrade to the exclusive Badge Holders ‘A’ Car Park
  • Priority turnstile entrance
  • Race programme for every Wetherby fixture, saving £50.00 across the full season
  • FREE entry to a number of selected race fixtures across Yorkshire and the UK between October 2023 and September 2024, saving on average £20.00 per badge holder per visit
  • FREE entry to selected Yorkshire county cricket fixtures between April and September 2024, saving on average £18.00 per badge holder per visit
  • Discounted Restaurant Dining Packages. Save £20 per badge holder when booking a Dine & View or White Rose Package

2024 Reciprocal fixtures for Wetherby 2023/24 Annual Badge Holders will be confirmed in the New Year.

 

Wetherby Annual Badge Holders may visit the above Racecourses free of charge on the stipulated dates. You must have a valid Wetherby 2022/23 Metal Annual Badge with you on the day. Each badge holder is entitled to one free admission.

Reserved parking and/or access into an exclusive annual badge holder area is not guaranteed at any Racecourse. We advise that you check the dress codes and reciprocal policy with individual Racecourses before your visit.

If you are a badge holder at a course other than Wetherby and have been offered a reciprocal race meeting, we look forward to your visit.

Other Courses Reciprocals 2023-24

As a reciprocal visitor you will have access to our Premier Enclosure facilities but we regret we cannot offer you reserved parking.

On arrival please park in our free public parking areas and access the Racecourse using your annual badge, via the main entrance at our designated Annual Badge Holder turnstile. Please show your reciprocal badge to our turnstile staff and we will provide you with a Premier Admission badge on the day.

We do not operate a formal dress code in any of our enclosures. We advise that you dress in smart casual attire and dress for the weather. A full list of FAQs is available here, or please contact us if you require any additional information.

Wetherby 2023/24 Annual Badge Holders can attend selected 2023 YCCC fixtures for FREE upon production of their metal annual badge and have access to the general and members’ areas.

YCCC 2024 Reciprocal fixtures for Wetherby 2023/24 Annual Badge Holders will be confirmed in the New Year.

 

For all matches at Emerald Headingley, please use the St. Michael’s Lane entrance and have your Wetherby metal badges with you in order to gain entry.

On arrival at the ground, Annual badgeholders need to head to the ticket office and show your cards/metal badges in return for a complimentary ticket.

Wetherby Welcome YCCC Members

Yorkshire County Cricket Members can attend selected reciprocal racedays for FREE across all nine Yorkshire Racecourses during in 2024.

YCCC Season Ticket Holders can visit Wetherby on Thursday 29th February 2024 and Monday 3rd June 2024. 

Please have your YCCC Membership card with you and access the Racecourse via the designated turnstile entrance, where you will be given a complimentary Premier Enclosure admission badge.

Parking in the general public parking is free of charge at Wetherby.  We do not operate a dress code within any of our enclosures. We advise smart casual attire and to dress for the weather.
